About This Event
Dobbies Ponteland runs its immersive Santa's Grotto from 21 November to 24 December. Children make a wish at the wishing well, step through a magic door and explore themed shops before reaching the Penguin Post Office, and each family then has dedicated time with Santa. Every child with a ticket receives a penguin soft toy, and professional photos are available, with a discount when pre-booked. Visits are in 10-minute timed slots, roughly 10am to 5pm depending on the day, with a maximum of two adults per child. Tickets are from about £15 to £17, the grotto may be partly outdoors, and slots should be booked in advance.
