About This Event
St Andrew's at Bywell is one of the two old parish churches in the tiny riverside hamlet of Bywell, now cared for by the Churches Conservation Trust, and its traditional carol service is one of the few times a year it fills up. The service follows the familiar pattern of lessons and carols, with six readings interspersed with congregational carols. It is organised with the Churches Conservation Trust and the Riding Mill benefice and is open to everyone. Bywell is about three miles east of Corbridge along the Tyne.
