Welcome to CorbridgeVillage.live
CorbridgeVillage.live is a new community information site for Corbridge in the Tyne Valley, with events, a local business directory, guides and practical information in one place.
Welcome to CorbridgeVillage.live, an independent community hub for Corbridge in Northumberland. On the north bank of the River Tyne, four miles east of Hexham, Corbridge is a village with a remarkably long story: a Roman town that English Heritage calls the most northerly in the Roman Empire, a Saxon church built with a reused Roman arch, and a 1674 stone bridge that was the only one on the Tyne to survive the great flood of 1771.
